When illness becomes critical, it is necessary to think about those difficult decisions regarding lifesaving measures. Please ask your nurse about Guest Services assisting you with Advance Directives.
The switchboard is available 24-hours a day. Dial zero from any phone within the hospital to be connected with the switchboard operator.
The lobby desk at the Maple Street entrance is staffed from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday through Friday, and 11:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekends.
Assistance with glucose meters is provided by Guest Services from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. on weekdays. If there is a problem with a glocose meter after hours, please ask your nurse to contact the Shift Supervisor.
Room Service Dining is for hospital patients. Patients can enjoy a unique dining experience similar to hotel room service. What makes the program special is that patients can order off an extensive menu whatever they want – whenever they want – as long as the kitchen is open (from 6:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.) and if it conforms with their physician-ordered diet.
