HSHS Integrated Cancer Services

HSHS St. Anthony’s Memorial Hospital is proud to be a certified member of MD Anderson Cancer Network®, a program of MD Anderson Cancer Center. 

This collaboration means access to the pioneering evidence-based guidelines, treatment plans and best practices developed by the experts at MD Anderson. These are disease-specific guidelines for cancer treatment, prevention, detection and follow-up care.

St. Anthony’s Cancer Program is approved by the Commission on Cancer of the American College of Surgeons that has been awarded The Outstanding Achievement Award. Interdisciplinary cancer conferences, along with a collaborative referral patterns, assure patients are directed to excellent care in a timely manner.

In the future, through our relationship with local providers, patients can benefit from HSHS Integrated Cancer Services' access to select MD Anderson clinical trials that are used in some of the most advanced health care facilities throughout the United States. St. Anthony’s continues to focus on cancer screening education, prevention, diagnosis and treatment for the community we serve.

Areas of highest cancer diagnosed in our region include lung, prostate, colorectal and include breast which is a focus of the women’s wellness initiative.
