Calling a Patient's Room
To place a call to a patient’s room, the telephone number is 217-342-2121 + room extension. An automated attendant will answer this line, then listen for the prompts. The room extension is the room number + bed number. The bed next to the door is bed 1, and the bed next to the window is bed 2. If it is a private room, use the room number + 1.
For example: The person is in room 314 in the bed next to the window; his/her extension would be 3142.
